This authentic hummus recipe brings the creamy, rich flavors of traditional Middle Eastern hummus straight to your kitchen. Growing up in Jordan, hummus was always more than just a dip—it was part of our family table. Creamy, rich, and full of flavor, authentic hummus is made with simple ingredients that come together beautifully. In my version, I use a touch of citric acid for that signature tangy flavor and a little crushed ice to create an extra-smooth texture. Whether you’re serving it for breakfast, as an appetizer, or alongside your favorite Middle Eastern dishes, this is a recipe you’ll want to make again and again.
